The Principle of Judicial Federalism: Concept, Content and Implementation Models

Abstract

The article reveals the concept and content of the principle of judicial federalism, its institutional, resource-based political and legal elements. The models of judicial federalism are considered, including the features of Russian judicial federalism and the problems of its implementation. It is argued that the implementation of the principle of judicial federalism can be real and formal.
