Abstract

Human biological safety depends on many factors, one of which is the quality of the food they consume, since low-quality products containing residues of harmful and even dangerous substances lead to an increase in diseases. This article examines examples of legal regulation and practice of the development of the organic agriculture industry in various countries of the Pacific region. The main obstacles to the organic market have been identified, as well as the useful experience of other countries in removing such obstacles
