The article examines the specifics of the legal regula-tion of digital services in the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union. The concept of digital services at the supranational level is considered, the nature and content of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and related regulatory legal acts in this area are revealed, and special attention is paid to the role of judicial practice and antimono-poly regulation of the European Union in relation to digital services. Proposals are being made to improve the regulation of digital services in the Eurasian Economic Union
