The article is devoted to the problems of legal regula-tion of inheritance of digital financial assets (CFAs) and ways to solve them. Based on the methods of structural, functional and system analy-sis, it is concluded that there is currently no clear system of interaction between heirs, operators of information systems in which digital finan-cial assets are issued, and notaries, which creates the prerequisites for difficulties in ensuring the implementation of inheritance rights in rela-tion to the CFA in the future. Specific recommendations are proposed for improving the theoretical aspects and current legislation in the field of digital asset inheritance in order to increase the effectiveness of legal regulation
