Abstract
The article analyzes the content of digital human and civil rights, their constitutional and legal foundations, and the specifics of their implementation in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the role of the legal profession in protecting digital rights, in-cluding advisory, pre-trial, and judicial forms of work, as well as the problems of criminal law enforcement in the information and legal space of the individual. The authors formulates the main directions for developing mechanisms for protecting digital rights based on modern domestic doctrine and law enforcement practice.
