“Digital technologies” is a complex and ambiguous concept, the use of which is often associated with virtual space and digital platforms. The multifaceted impact of these technologies on eco-nomic, social and cultural relations encourages modern scientists and practitioners to reflect on the ongoing changes in the institution of hu-man rights. This review presents scientific research reflecting the im-pact of digital technologies on human rights and freedoms and trends in the development of their interaction: expanding the human rights system; improving the mechanism of their protection.; formation of scien-tifically based theoretical provisions defining models of optimal legal regulation of public relations and others.
