Abstract
The article examines the evolution of traditional and the emergence of new concepts of human rights and freedoms in the current conditions of rapid scientific, technological, and digital development. The processes of adaptation of human rights and freedoms to modern realities are substantiated, and the role of the generational con-cept of human rights, the concept of human ecology, and others in de-veloping mechanisms for solving civilizational problems of humanita-rian development in order to ensure human rights and freedoms.
