Abstract
Based on the analysis of modern research in legal and
medical science, the authors analyze the main problems of accounting
and preservation of genetic information from unauthorized use, substantiate
the importance of such a control tool in the context of the development
of modern technologies as monitoring. It is proposed to
include a unified national system of genetic information in the
architecture of the state information system in the field of biological
safety, as well as to carry out centralized monitoring of biological risks,
which include the use of genetic information.
