Digital technologies in legal activity: hyperrealism, legal evolution and development of judicial analytics

Abstract

Over the past decades, digitalization has affected all spheres of human life, including law. With each stage of technology development, lawyers receive new tools that not only help them in their professional activities, but sometimes can completely replace them. The article examines various aspects of the digitalization of legal activity, starting with the influence of technology on the evolution of law and ending with the emergence of a new stage of legal realism – hyperrealism.
