Abstract
The international scientific conference «Digital Law –
the law of the Future», held within the framework of the Second Forum
«The Law of the Future», was held at INION RAS in June 2024. The
range of issues considered at it is quite wide: prospects for the
formation of such a branch of law as digital law; legal regulation of the
introduction of digital technologies into various spheres of human
activity, society and the state; human rights in the digital space; legal
instruments of struggle the fight against disinformation on the Internet;
the use of digital tools in the activities of government authorities;
features of personal data protection; the experience of foreign countries
in the field of digitalization, etc. This review briefly highlights the
presentations of the participants of this Conference
