Abstract
The article considers climatic conditions as a factor of
environmental change, shows the role and importance of the norms of
Russian legislation, including the Climate Doctrine of the Russian Federation, in solving urgent climate problems. The focus is on issues related to climate change and the climatic conditions of life on the planet.
Examples of climate change in certain regions of the world and the positions of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and Scientists on the causes and conditions of climate change are given.
