Abstract
The review presents three monographic studies by E.N. Vasilyeva devoted to the study of the rational and irrational in art
and law, examining the conceptual ideas of the philosophy of the interaction of legal culture and art, revealing the relationship between art and law in civil theory, as well as the role of art in shaping the moral culture of man, society and the rule of law.
